ENTRANCE POLICY

General

Entrance at Own Risk:
Entrance to the festival grounds is at your own risk. Gatherings On The Green Inc, a not-for-profit corporation, is immune from liability for injuries to persons or property at or on the festival site pursuant to applicable laws.

Ticket Validity:
Admission tickets are valid for one day only. Not for sale or resale. No refunds. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit and are void.

Right to Deny Admission:
Gatherings On The Green Inc reserves the right to deny admission or eject any person violating festival rules, local, state, or federal laws, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management.

Strict Rules

Prohibited Items:
The following items are strictly prohibited on the festival site:

  • Firearms, stun guns, or self-defense weapons (including pepper spray and lasers)

  • Sharp objects and close combat weapons (knives, scissors, axes, tools, and chains)

  • Professional audio or video equipment

  • Narcotics and illegal substances

  • Pyrotechnics and explosive devices

  • Flammables and flammable liquids

  • Drones and unmanned aerial devices

  • No glass containers or bottles

  • Hard alcohol of any kind in any container

  • Glass containers of any kind

  • Grills of any kind

  • Pets (service animals are welcome)

  • Fireworks and sparklers

  • Smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping is NOT allowed

  • Skateboards, inline skates, kites, Frisbees

 

Fire and Damage:
Do not light fires or barbecues on the festival site. Do not damage festival infrastructure and the natural environment of the festival site.

Behavior:
The right to decline or forbid entrance into the festival site or campsite to any person behaving in a manner or carrying items that may endanger the safety of visitors or violate rules of peaceful conduct.

Alcohol Service:
Underaged and visibly intoxicated individuals will not be served alcoholic drinks.

Photography and Media:
Visitors agree to be photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the audience, which may be used in promotional materials for the festival without any limitations.

Advisory Notes

Health and Safety:

  • Loud music may damage hearing; use of safety earplugs is advised.

  • Strobe lights, flashing lights, and lasers may be used during some live performances, which may be harmful to people with photosensitive epilepsy.

  • All visitors and their belongings will be inspected for their personal safety.

 

Overnight Parking:

Overnight parking is prohibited.

Absolving Responsibility

Force Majeure:
The Organizer reserves the right to curtail or cancel the entire festival in case of an unexpected force majeure event that threatens the safety of visitors and/or public order on the festival site.

Schedule Changes:
The festival organization reserves the right to make changes to the festival schedule and program.

Lost and Stolen Belongings:
The festival is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

Parking:
Visitors park their vehicles at their own risk.

Participation Risk:
Participation at the festival is at the visitor's own risk. The Organizer is not liable for any damages, by whatever name, suffered by a visitor as a result of participation.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are not possible in the case of cancellation or curtailment of parts of the festival event due to force majeure such as extreme weather conditions, fire, death or illness of a performing artist or their immediate family, delays, or closure of traffic routes.
