We strongly urge that you allow enough time to get into the grounds and park before the concerts. Highland Road is a two-lane road and often gets congested. Carpool, come early, and enjoy the park! We have many food and beverage vendors on hand to help make it a memorable experience.
IS THE FESTIVAL HANDICAPPED-FRIENDLY?
We are proud to provide handicapped parking at the East entrance. Handicapped and companion seats are also available.
IS THE CONCERT FAMILY FRIENDLY?
Absolutely! Kids love to get up and dance along with the music. In fact, children 12 and under are always free (lawn/general admission) when accompanied by a paid adult.
ARE CARRY-INS ALLOWED?
We feature the Best of Milwaukee's food trucks to provide a wide variety of food for purchase. We also offer beer, wine, soda and water. One of the best parts about Gathering on the Green are the amazing picnics. We do allow you to bring in your own food and beverage. Please note that hard liquor is not allowed. Glass containers for food or beverage are not allowed. Please note: there are no grills or open flames allowed on the grounds.
CAN MY DOG COME?
Unfortunately, no. Your furry little friend will have to stay home for this event.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE PARK?
By local ordinance, no smoking is allowed in the park.
CAN I BRING MY OWN LAWN CHAIR?
Yes. Small lawn chairs are allowed in the lawn seating section beyond the "ridge," which is indicated by signs and is roped off to designate its boundaries. We do not provide lawn chairs.
IS THERE RESERVED SEATING?
Yes. We have a reserved seating area and a general admission lawn area.
ARE THERE FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS?
We are pleased to offer the best of Milwaukee's food trucks as well as several beverage stations.
IS THERE AN ATM?
Yes. It is located in the food and beverage area.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
In the case of the dreaded R word (rain)...the show will go on as planned. There are no refunds available for tickets even for a rain event. (You may want to bring your rain gear just in case!)
